Im 14 and ive had it since i was like 10 or 11. And no, I dont want to wait it out. Its has MAJOR psychological effects on me, and I wont even take my shirt off in front of my parents.

I will be getting Gynecomastia Surgery in the next couple months. For the last year i have been a steady marijuana smoker. I know it was stupid and have stopped. I had the condition before i started smoking, but it has gotten worse sense i have been doing this. I just want to know if it would be a good idea to get the surgery now or wait a while so the marijuana isnt still effecting it after i get the surgery. I also have considerded taking testostorone enhancers to help also.

the best ways i can suggest is stop eating fatty food..try to hit the gym for cardio..do a good 30 min cardio for a month or so and then switch to HIIT( high intensity interval training ), do a lot of swimming..and most importantly..DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!..
