i am 5′5 at a little less than 120 pounds. I ‘ve been flat chested so far but now i think i have a bit of fat there and wen i slump my shoulders i get them. is it possible for me to have them or am i being crazy?

Cardio exercise is only one small part of losing weight. To properly lose weight, you need a mix of a proper diet, cardio and weight training.

Cardio without the diet will net very small (if any) results.

Diet without exercise will help you lose weight, but slowly and eventually you will just be thin without any muscle mass or definition.

I am 19 year old male, use to be slim and fit, however once college started and Ive been studying, and 2 busy to exercise, I got flabby, and now kinda have some man tits, Im scared this might be a gyno? Is there ways to get rid of this? How can I tell if its gyno or not?? I think its just fat, as I gained fat all around me from studying and not exercising (biochem major)

If by "gyno" you mean gynecomastia, then you probably don’t have it. Gynecomastia is usually to do a hormonal imbalance. If you have stopped exercising, and eat junk food, most likely it’s just fast, like you though. If you are taking or abusing steroids, gynecomastia can be a side effect. To get rid of it, you just need to exercise again and watch what you eat. If you are really concerned or if the enlargement is not symmetrical or only one breast is enlarged, then see your doctor. Most universities have health centers that are including in your tuition. Good luck!

You would want to give attention not only to the pectorals (chest) muscles through push-ups, chest presses, etc., but also to the lats and delts to stay porportionate. Women enjoy muscular men, but don’t like to see one muscle group accentuated and others ignored.

im going to 11 grade this skool year and im not fat but i have dose nasty details, i wana go back to school all confident, i weight 160 pounds so im not concerned about my wright just to harden my body but how to do it with out anny materials just you and a matt??

Take up swimming for an hour a day every day at a local swimming pool and I mean do laps don’t just play maro polo. Then reduce any fat and carbohydrates from your diet.

Any intensive cardiovascular exercise will burn calories if you stick to it and diet properly. But swimming is the most effective cardio exercise you can do. If not that then take up jogging, aerobics, boxing/martial arts, cycling anything along those lines.

If you really want to burn fat fast you need to do intense and sustained cardio exercise at a minimum of 30 minutes a day. If you are really out of shape you can work out in ten minute intervals and gradually increase the intervals you work out each week.

Is it ok for a man to like tits so much?
