can someone PLEASE help me learn how to get rid of my stomach and chest fat?
summer is coming up and i really want to be able to show off how i look and not care what people say, also not get called "plump"

A lot of chest presses (3 sets of 15 reps) with low weight and a lot of crunches too (150 to 200), and cut all the fat (all of it!)from your diet.
By chest fat.. you mean moobs?
